In the following Graphs, we present the Status of Funds Flow and support towards different
activities of the organization.

NGO SUPPORT VS. GOVERNMENT SUPPORT
It may be distinctly noted that the support of our organization has now moved away from exclusive NGO empowerment to extending support and enforcing the activities of the Government through various State Coordinations and District Technical support Teams.

This forms more than 50% of our Grant to India

ACTIVITY WISE CLASSIFICATION OF SUPPORT

Here it is depicted how the funds granted by the Donor Agency has been deployed towards
‘Elimination of leprosy and Rehabilitation of patients’ through various means such as :
Support to General health system, IEC and Capacity building, Hospital Treatment of
Inpatients, Socio Economic Rehabilitation and POD activities.

ILEP PATTERN OF FUNDING

This diagram shows the classification of Organisation Support in terms of ILEP Charter of
accounts. As may be noted that still the personnel Expenditure consumes major chunk,
since the Support to Government and NGO involves Enabling the Government to intensify
NLEP activities rather than directly carrying out Leprosy activities.

REGION WISE APPORTIONMENT OF FUNDING

Here it is shown how the funds granted for the NLEP/TB has been apportioned among
projects supported in different Regions. As we have more programmes in South, the focus
has been intensified in South India.
